Buckman Jet Drilling
C-5 BallCutter
C-5 Abrasive
Nozzle Comparison
At the heart of the Buckman Jet Drilling system is the
patented BJD jet bit. This jet bit, unlike the competitors,
creates a full frontal cone allowing the bit to travel through
the reservior. This bit also is equiped with rear thrusters
that propel the bit through the rock like a rocket while
creating a star-like pattern. This star pattern increases
wellbore area.
The ball cutter is a member of the C-5 line of Buckman
tools. This addition to the family will allow for well casing
to be breached and the patented jet bit to exit the casing
and cut through the reservior. This is one of two ways
BJD has designed to breach casing.

BJD currently has developed.
Casing Ring Cutter
Downhole View
This video provides a look at the ring cutting process.
This is another method to cutting casing developed by
BJD. This method could be used to create a window to
jet drill though.
After testing of the C5 Ballcutter, the BJD downhole
camera was used to capture picture confirmation of the
one inch holes created.
